"Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. "

"We rented this house for my daughter's hen weekend the house was stunning in an amazing location with great facilities. We could not find fault with the house it accommodated 20 of us amply. All types of celebrations are catered for here from a formal dinner, to a party to a film night and even quiet relaxation in the pool and hot tub. "My husband and I stayed here for two nights, it was the perfect little base for visiting the nearby villages. The annex is small but this is highlighted by the owner on the ad, however, dont be fooled by the size. It is big enough for two, clean and fully functional. Li the host waa great, welcoming and knowledgable avout the local area. Even provoded us woth a table when we asked. Would definately.recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at Yew Tree House. The suite was a mini home from home, the decor was lovely and the furnishings stylish and extremely comfortable, especially the king-size bed, all in all everything you need. We received a really warm welcome from our host Pauline, who had a wealth of knowledge about Woodstock and the surrounding area, and nothing was too much for her, thank you. We will return with our friends."

"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."

"We spent 2 nights at the monastery barn and we had a great time. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. They were very generous hosts. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the conservatory and in the enclosed garden were we able to let our dog explore without any concerns!"

"We stayed for 5 days with 3 young children and had a fantastic time. The house is very clean, excellent facilities/ appliances, lovely lay out and great gardens/ separate play room. Caroline is a fantastic host, so helpful and quick to respond. We’ll be back!"

"The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent."
