-Master bedroom with Queen bed and attached ensuite.
-2nd bedroom with two twin beds and additional trundle bed.
-Outdoor Hot Tub, great for the ultimate relaxation!
-Upper balcony with rocking chairs, perfect for taking in the Mountain Views!
-Propane grill, for the grill master in the family!

Lower Level
-2nd FULL kitchen, great for multiple families staying together.
-Lower-level living room, with large windows displaying serene, wooded views
-2nd stone wood fireplace, so nobody gets left out, when it’s time to cozy up by the fire!
-Kids bunk room/Game Room, with 4 full bunk beds, an Arcade game, and Air Hockey!
-2 additional bedrooms with King Beds, and beautiful wallpaper backgrounds.
-Lower-level balcony, with wooded chairs
-Private Fire pit, perfect for s’mores or just relaxing!

Guests will be provided with the address of the property, as well as a personalized code for the electronic door lock, 48 hours before arrival. No picking up/dropping off keys necessary! Check out instructions will be sent out after guest arrival.
Check-In: 4:00pm
Check-Out: 10:00am

Hosts will be available via the messenger M-F, from 8am-6pm. Messages sent after hours, or during the weekend, will be replied to as soon as we are able to.

Notes:
-guest will be asked for their email and to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay.
-guest will provide a CC to be placed on file for a $300 security deposit. This will just be a hold on the CC, with no charges actually taking place, unless damages are found upon check out.
-Guests will be charged $59 fee for accidental insurance coverage for up to $3,000 to provide for a worry free stay.
