Rustic Modern Farmhouse Cabin

Welcome to the Prilly Mountain House! Prilly is a newly renovated (2020) cabin in Sautee Nacoochee just ten minutes from downtown Helen, GA.

This one-of-a kind cabin boasts a unique, rustic-modern-farmhouse design. Paying homage to the Helen/Sautee area, you'll find local art, antiques and unique treasures, paired with the modern touches you expect to find in the finest of Airbnb's.

Prilly Mountain House is a two-story, 1150 sq. ft. luxury cabin with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a soaking tub room, and a loft space with 3 additional beds. It is nestled under a canopy of trees along a ridge side surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.

Upon arrival you will take stairs to the front deck that leads to a covered entry door. The main floor is an open concept with an eat-in kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, glassware (including wine and beer glasses), cooking utensils, silverware, pots and pans, serving bowls, and a wide variety of other kitchen essentials.

The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, with automatic ice and filtered water, a full size range, microwave, dishwasher and Cuisinart coffee pod/pot combo. We offer complimentary coffee grounds, k-cups, tea bags, sweeteners, and cream. The kitchen includes a six person table and a storage unit for your food and supplies. Additionally, we have a supply of seasonings for indoor or outdoor cooking.

In the living room you can relax on a leather couch or enjoy a comfortable rocking chair. Our wood burning fireplace and windows overlooking surrounding trees create just the right mood. Entertainment includes a large, wall-mounted flat screen TV with Roku (which offers music, movies or your favorite TV show), a myriad of inspirational, informational and uplifting books, playing cards and games for the whole family.

Prilly is equipped with a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer, with complimentary laundry pods and fabric softener sheets.

The master bedroom with adjoining guest bathroom and soaking tub room complete the main floor. In the master bedroom you will enjoy the space and comfort of a king-size bed with side tables, lamps, and power strips. The room has plenty of drawer and closet space to make it your own. Closet space includes an iron, ironing board, and safe for valuables. Entertainment includes a large, wall-mounted flat screen TV equipped with Roku. Need to work? There’s a desk, equipped with office supplies, a desk lamp, and power strip.

The master/guest bath includes a shower/tub combo, one sink, and plenty of hooks to hang your towels. The shower is equipped with a wall-mounted dispenser with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

One of our favorite spots is the over-sized, jetted, tub room adjoining the master bath. This completely private room offers guests peace and tranquility with plenty of bath salts and bubbles, a tub tray for your phone, favorite book, or your favorite beverage, and a candle to complete your relaxing experience.

The second floor includes a full bath, loft space and a bedroom. The loft space includes a full size bed and a bunk bed ideal for children. The bunks are equipped with reading lamps and power strips. The loft also includes books, games, toys and other fun stuff for children.

The second floor bedroom is light and vibrant with a queen size bed, side tables, book case, and chest of drawers. Included in the room is an open closet area and desk with a USB charging station, desk lamp, and office supplies.

Each sleeping area includes a Bed Boss® mattress, ceiling fan, sound machine, nightstand(s), lamps, luggage rack, and storage for belongings.

Forget something? Located in each bathroom you will find extra essentials including; razors, toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, etc.).

The exterior of Prilly offers even more to complete your stay. The front deck has a 4-burner stainless steel gas grill, bench seats, and security lights. The large rear covered balcony (adjoining the living room) includes a patio table with 4 chairs, and a swing. This is our favorite morning spot to enjoy a hot cup of coffee while listening to the singing birds that call our property home.

Finally, Prilly has a large fire pit area with adirondack seating and tree stump side tables. Firewood is located on-site and can be purchased for a small fee.

Lastly, we've included certain items you may need during your stay that are offered for sale including, sunscreen, waterproof cell phone pouches, bug spray and more. Payment is separate from the regular house rate.
