This cute condo has a recent interior update and has everything you need for your comfort. Large King bed, Comfy living room furniture, new stainless steel appliances, new countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, large rain showerhead, and new stack washer and dryer. Perfect for people traveling together with another couple as there is a condo in that same building on the third floor managed by Blue Creek Cabins. You will love the easy river access down below for swimming, fishing, tubing, and more. Enjoy quick and easy access to ALL of what Helen GA has to offer, Golf, Games, Tubing, Food, Bars, Festhalle, and so much more. This Condo is perfect for those wanting to stay right downtown, park your car for FREE and spend the rest of your time site seeing and having fun.

Great place close to everything the Riverview is excellent. The place is spacious and was decorated had a Christmas tree and all.

Lovely little city. Property was perfectly located just outside the hustle of the city, but close enough to be able to walk everywhere. Condo was very quaint. Only issue was when we went to use the dryer it took over five times to dry our clothes and the water pressure was really not great.

We enjoyed our condo. Wry nicely equipped & so walkable to everything. Loved the back deck overlooking the water. Exterior of place was a little run down but the inside was very nice. Had to leave a day early due to family emergency but had a great one night.

We stayed for a weekend. The condo was clean and wonderfully furnished. The riverfront patio was the star. Sitting outside listening to little rapids while enjoying a coffee was the perfect way to relax Walking distance to the center of town was also another great perk.

The stay was great. Parked the car once we got there and never moved it. Walking distance to everything. The unit was right on the river. Down the street from both tubing companies. We even stopped at the unit while floating down the river, for drinks and a pit stop. Definitely for any couples for a nice stay. Would stay there again.

Pros: Nice location. Riverview was wonderful. You can walk to everything in Helen. Cons: A little musty smell. Only one hand towel in bathroom for 2 people. Cleanliness was iffy. Mattress was like a trampoline.

Place was very clean although dated. Porch furnishings could be more comfortable as the view on the river was wonderful. The exterior needs a lot of TLC. Cob webs cleaned up and a coat of paint would be recommended. Office was very responsive when we had a lock problem.

The condo that we stayed in was perfect. It had a beautiful view of the water. There was also a fireplace, which was wonderful in the evenings! The only issue that I had was, you could only park out front. In the description it says there was parking under underneath, but that was not able to be done as there was lots of debris mud and Nails down there. It kind a looks like it was flooded or something I donā€™t know but other than that it was a great experience!

4 Hours after arrival water pipes frozen. Had no water condo was nice. Lost food prepared for weekend along with the inconvenience of moving to a hotel.
