Visit the cozy harbor or take advantage of the many beautiful hiking and biking trails laid out in the area. The market town of Christiansfeld, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also worth a visit. Especially cake lovers will love a visit, as the town is known for its delicious gingerbread. Not far from Hejlsminde is the beautiful nature area Skamlingsbanken. There is also a lot to experience in Kolding - whether you are on vacation with children, looking for an active vacation or are passionate about art and culture. Visit, for example, the art museum Trapholt, the Koldinghus, the pedestrian streets with the cozy café environment or the Kolding Storcenter, which invites you to shop.
