Family-Friendly Baltic Sea Apartment – Sea View, Bikes & More

Our 51 m² holiday apartment is located on the 8th floor of a well-maintained building and offers a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. Thanks to the elevator and step-free access, it's easy to reach – whether you're arriving with suitcases, a stroller, or a walker. A free parking space is available right next to the building, and a short-term parking area makes loading and unloading easier. A sturdy luggage trolley is also provided – so your holiday can begin without the stress.

Inside, you’ll find a lovingly furnished and thoughtfully equipped space with Wi-Fi, a desk, and a furnished balcony – perfect for sunny breakfasts or peaceful evenings watching the sunset. Families will appreciate the small play area, baby bed, buggy, high chair, and stroller. The shower features a solid glass door and a slightly raised entry, making it easy to use even for older guests.

Two folding bikes are also available and perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

Whether you're on parental leave, a family vacation, or a workation – with sea views, fast Wi-Fi, and a quiet desk space, this is a place where everyday life easily turns into holiday mode.

Our family has been drawn to Heiligenhafen for over 30 years – it’s become our second home by the sea. This apartment has been part of that journey for 25 years: it grew with us and our needs – first as a young family with a child, and now just as suitable for grandparents enjoying their retirement. That’s where our idea came from: less packing, more holiday.

We’ve furnished the apartment so you can start relaxing right away – no overpacked cars or endless to-do lists. Alongside a cozy setup, you’ll find lots of little extras: folding bikes, a play corner with books, crayons, and Lego, and useful items for babies and toddlers – including a stroller, buggy, changing table, baby bathtub, beach toys, and more.

Our holiday apartment may be small, but it has everything you need – lovingly designed, practical, and full of thoughtful touches to make your stay extra special.

Nearby, you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, shops, and a swimming pool with a small sauna area. Playgrounds, mini golf, an indoor play center, and many leisure activities make the holiday park lively and family-friendly. The beach is just a short walk away, and the promenade invites you to relax on numerous benches along the way. A path right behind the house leads to the cliffs – always worth a visit. The lake in front of the building is ideal for jogging or peaceful walks and connects directly to the nearby town center of Heiligenhafen.

Guests in Heiligenhafen enjoy the healthy Baltic Sea climate, spa treatments, and a wide range of activities. Seniors appreciate the good medical care, many seating areas along the promenade, and the free local public transport.

Please note: The local visitor’s tax (Ostseecard) is charged in addition to the rental price. Rates for 2026 are not yet confirmed; in 2025, they ranged from €1.80 to €3.00 per person/day (children €1.00). We’ll inform you of the exact amount before your stay.
