"It was a nice stay. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice. "
"Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up...
"Excellent location, beautiful setting. Clean and comfortable with a superb breakfast. Glass of wine, cookies & coffee available.
Only downside was the train but the location close to restaurants & Fifth Street Market offset the horn at night."

"Hotel novo, limpo, quartos confortáveis, café da manha maravilhoso, atendentes do café extremamente solícitos e gentis.Única ressalva foi o fato de pedirmos ajuda com as malas qdo chegamos, pois meu marido fez cirugia de coluna e não podia levantar peso, e não fomos atendidos com gentileza! No outro dia o atendente foi muito gentil e pronto a nos ajudar."
"10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. "

"we we there for a medical procedure. The hotel accommodated perfectly. Melody at front desk helped immensely with changing us to a handicap room with grab bars and space. We really enjoyed seeing others with their puppies about the hotel. Very nice feature. Thank you for having a non smoking facility. It really makes a difference."
