The villa is generously laid out and features large windows with a beautiful view over the calm outer harbour. Instead of open water, you look out onto the tranquillity of the harbour where boats gently dock and depart. Thanks to its location on the outer edge of the park, you enjoy plenty of privacy, space and a relaxed atmosphere without overlooking or neighbours directly opposite you.



The atmospheric living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV and a large dining table. Through the sliding doors you step directly onto the covered terrace with a spacious garden table and chairs. This is a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet breakfast, read a book or savour a drink in the evening sun.
