"We stayed at Langley Castle Wednesday and Thursday. The castle itself is stunning, towering stone walls, peaceful grounds and interiors that balance medieval character with modern comfort. The staff were exceptional throughout our visit, friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Check in was smooth and the breakfast and the evening meal was very good. "O lugar é lindo, parece um filme. Os funcionários simpáticos. Porém, obviamente é um castelo muito antigo e alguns cômodos tem um cheiro forte. A limpeza do quarto também não era boa. O café da manhã é bom, porém o buffet é colocado numa sala muito antiga com tudo aberto sem tampa."

"Staff were great, the hotel looked stunning and the grounds were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too. The room we had was in the attic so I kept hitting my head, the main light in the room was above the doorway which was around a corner so didn’t really help at all. There was water and hair in the bottom of the shower when we arrived as if someone had only just had a shower. There were patches of damp in the room around the window and on the ceiling."

"Basic hotel, but clean room and comfortable bed. Staff really friendly and helpful. Stay included breakfast, but limited really to takeaway style bags in which to take your choices to your room, or sit at small tables in reception. Would probably give it a miss if staying again. Location is in the middle of large industrial estate, so whilst its cheap, and ok just to put your head down for a night or two, it is limited in what it can offer to tourists."

"Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel."

"Hotel bastante requisitado já que estava lotado. Quartos bem espaçosos, banhiero reformado, cama e travesseiros bem confortáveis, e localização fácil de ser encontrado. Restaurante e bar bem aconchegantes, café da manhã dentro do padrao, cobrado á parte."

"We booked this at the last minute as we were travelling up to the Scottish borders and wanted to break the journey due to the extreme heat. We arrived very late (about 11pm) but we had called the hotel in advance and one of the staff agreed to wait for us. When we did arrive we were greeted with a very warm welcome. Our one regret is that we didn't have time to make use of the observatory (yes you read that right!) All staff very friendly and helpful and loved the breakfast"
