We love hosting families and well-behaved dogs! For allergy and maintenance reasons, we’re unfortunately unable to host cats.



Safety & Security

Your privacy and safety are important to us.

Security cameras on the front porch and another one on the back deck. Both are facing away from the home. No interior cameras on property.



Resort Perks

Located in a private community with an 18-hole golf course (with low green fees), spa, a restaurant and pub, and miles of walking/hiking trails. It’s considered the best course in the area, and the pub food is pretty great too!



During your stay, you'll have access to the members-only Sports Center, the perfect option for a wintery or rainy day (and just a 5 minute walk from the cabin). The Sports Center includes:

- Indoor heated swimming pool

- Large whirlpool

- Tennis court

- Racquetball court

- Multi-purpose court for volleyball and basketball

- Fully equipped exercise room with free-weights and many workout machines

The Sports Center is members-only, but we’ve set aside complimentary guest passes just for you! Passes will be available at the property—check the house manual for details on where to find them. If you need more during your stay, simply reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.

It's a great place to spend a day browsing and exploring. Be sure to check out Berkeley Springs Antique Mall and weekend Farmer’s Market and Art Walk for unique finds.



Cacapon Resort State Park (distance from house - 40 mins): Hiking, picnicking, and stunning views of the Appalachian Mountains. It’s an excellent place for outdoor activities like hiking, golf, and wildlife watching. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, the park’s Cacapon Mountain trail provides an excellent hike with panoramic views.



Peacemaker National Training Center (distance from house - 30 mins) This facility offers shooting ranges and training programs for various skill levels.
