We welcome you, and your furry friends, to enjoy our beautiful home! As you enter the living area you’re welcomed by the massive fireplace made of river rock stretching 8 feet wide and stacked to the ceiling - great for chilly nights or cozying up with a good book. 3 Bedrooms on the main floor and another in the loft area above the living room. The fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, is ready for your favorite recipes with plenty of prep space and open to the living and dining area - perfect for catching up with family. The spacious deck hosts a large modular sitting area with a propane firepit to enjoy with friends or enjoying some quiet time by yourself. There’s also a propane grill and bar on the deck - great for entertaining or remote work with a great view. Additional seating in the screened deck area with a ceiling fan for warmer months, offering the perfect bug-free picnic area. Located in a private community, you’ll enjoy access to the gym, spa, swimming pools, indoor tennis and pickleball courts, and so much more!

Our cabin is located in a private community with an 18-hole golf course (with low green fees), spa, a restaurant and pub, and miles of walking/hiking trails. It’s considered the best course in the area, and the pub food is pretty great too!



During your stay, you'll have access to the members-only Sports Center, the perfect option for a wintery or rainy day (and just a 5 minute walk from the cabin). The Sports Center includes:

* Indoor heated swimming pool

* Large whirlpool

* Tennis court

* Racquetball court

* Multi-purpose court for volleyball and basketball

* Fully equipped exercise room with free-weights and many workout machines



(Note: because the Sports Center is for members only, we need to set aside guest passes for your use. We’re charged a per-day fee for each guest over 5 years old – but we’re happy to provide these for you free of charge! If you plan to use the Sports Center, just call or text us that morning and we’ll be sure they set aside passes for you and your group.)

2. The Old Roman Bathhouse (distance from house - 30 minutes): Home to a mineral spa that has been in use since colonial times, the park’s Old Roman and Main bathhouses offer a wide selection of spa services, including massages, saunas, baths and showers.

3. Cacapon Resort State Park (distance from house - 40 minutes): Offers hiking, fishing, and golfing, with beautiful views and various trails.

4. Berkeley Springs State Park (distance from house - 25 minutes): Known for its natural mineral springs and spa services, it's a lovely spot for relaxation.
