"Rating: 2.5–3 stars This property sits in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning views of the lake and the hills to the west. The sunsets are truly incredible, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The front yard has a lot of charm and potential, though the grass was noticeably overgrown during my stay. The experience itself was unusual. I was greeted briefly by someone who handed me the key, but after that I didn’t see a single staff member, and there’s no real reception...

"The two room (plus bath) cabin was very nice. The bed comfortable. Ask, when booking, for a room with an unobstructed view and a fire pit on the usable side of your cabin. Our view of the lake had a cabin between us and the lake and the fire pit was on the side when our neighbors had the best view of it. The location was fine. It was just a few miles from Watkins Glen and near enough to Ithaca."

"My girlfriend and I decided a little trip for our anniversary would be nice. We found and booked the renovated barn and loved it. It was so cozy and relaxing. Very clean and pretty up to date. Perfect for a couple to have some time away and reconnect. Highly recommend. Tamara, the host, was great as well. Communication was effortless."

"Loved the panaoramic views, quiet location, and central position to many of the things we like to do in and around Seneca and Cayuga Lakes, Geneva and Watkins Glen. We appreciated the ability to bring both our dogs to join us on vacation. The owners were extremely accommodating and responsive to questions/needs during the course of our stay. Would definitely recommend!"
