"There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."

"I forgot my earrings on the bathroom counter. Immediately noticed after checkout. Went straight back to get them but they had already been stolen!!! The maid hadn’t even cleaned the room. Just gone in and had the door open"

"When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. "I’m now fully committed to staying only at Home2 Suites by Hilton because of this property! Entire property was super well-thought out, modern, very clean, and well maintained! Room has a very useful floorpan for working remotely from rhe room with family/children and it even has a full kitchen with a garbage disposal and dishwasher. "Checking in was easy and the desk clerk was extremely helpful. Rooms was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. The hotel even has a book area where you can choose a book to borrow and read while you are there...... nice addition."
