Overall a nice home and we made the best out of our stay! The listing was advertised as a 5 bedroom and it’s only 4, the 5th spot has no privacy and in an open area. The listing showed BBQ there was not one, host refunded 250 which is appreciated but we had to adjust our meals due to this. Could tighten the barstools and table in upstairs living room. Glass tabletop has a broken corner and is very sharp if not careful could cut someone. Need steak knives, and mixing / prep bowls. Overall we would come back and the management company was pleasant and quick responding to all messages.

Great location, close to park city. Tons of room for my family of 10. Lower level was great for the kids, it was full of board games, the hot tub, shuffle board and the ps5.

We loved the property and location. Super quiet and very accessible to everything we wanted to do. only 2 drawbacks that affected our stay or it would have been 5 stars. The upstairs refrigerator was not working properly. I had seen in past reviews from months ago that it was an issue but it was not mentioned in recent reviews. But it was a problem for us. The downstairs refrigerator worked great. The activity partner that we had to go through for the kayaks was a problem as well. I would hope it was just the activity we wanted to do, and maybe things will be great for everyone else in the future. Overall - we enjoyed our stay. The rooms and size of the property were awesome and the hot tub was great as well. I would totally return if the other things can be figured out.

We had a great time at this property! It was easy to communicate with the managers and the home was clean, incredibly well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom areas and had fun amenities to keep everyone entertained! We will definitely stay again!

Family-Friendly Luxury with Lake Views

We stayed at Deer Valley East Bella Vista 10077 N Meer from Thursday, July 24 to Sunday, July 27, 2025 for a reunion with 4 couples and a few kids, and it couldn’t have been better. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy. It was clean, modern, and felt brand new. The location was perfect, just minutes from the lake, and the quiet neighborhood was gorgeous and scenic, ideal for walks. Being on the corner, the home offered beautiful lake views, which made our stay even more peaceful. Highly recommend for group getaways or family reunions!

The communication with the owner was great. To get the check in details I had to create an account on another website which was annoying. The batteries in one of the thermostats were dead and the filter was not replaced causing the first night to be hot, they repaired it the second day. Overall, this was a great place with plenty of beds and bathrooms and a nice hot tub.

Great Weekend Getaway

This was a beautiful property for a weekend getaway with our adult children. Everything was perfect, with one small hiccup with directions. The map on the VRBO app took us to the wing property so I had to call to find out what was wrong before realizing the address was different than what was listed in the property details. Be sure to manually enter the address into your Google maps. Everything else was excellent! Highly recommend.

Heber City Ski Rental

Very disappointing stay!!! On paper this looks like a great rental. In reality it has a broken refrigerator and zero customer service from iTrips, the company managing the property. They knew the refrigerator was broken on 2/8, but still rented it to me on 2/27! I've been trying for two weeks to get someone to address my issues and they refuse to communicate! I will never rent anything associated with iTrips again! Very Disappointing!!!

Utah Stay

Pros: The home is truly a gem, exuding warmth and coziness. The high standard of cleanliness is a testament to your dedication- every area was spotless, and the hot tub was a fantastic addition! We were grateful for the extra towels in the basement for the hot tub and the spacious, clean garage for our vehicles. The fireplaces and four king-size beds were perfect for our group of four adult couples. The itrip bathroom package of toiletries was a pleasant surprise, and we greatly appreciated the good communication during our stay on the trip.Cons: The upstairs refrigerator was out of service; the tape on the refrigerator said that, as of 02/09/25, it was not working. We should have been informed before our stay and given the option to stay at another property, but we were not. While this might seem a minor inconvenience for some, it was an issue for the diabetic in our group, who had to go down three levels to access insulin multiple times a day. Additionally, this meant we had no ice for our beverages during the stay; we had to go out and purchase a bag and keep it downstairs. This made it extremely difficult to cook meals together, such as morning coffee (creamer and cream cheese, beverages, eggs, and insulin for diabetics). Not only did we have to keep running up and down stairs, but we continued to disturb the couple staying in the basement. - Only two rooms had washcloths, so we had to go out and purchase something for the two couples to wash our bodies.

Good location

We stayed here with 8 family members for a ski trip. The check in process was easy and the communication was good. Two of our members arrived first and unfortunately found a dead mouse within a few hours of arrival in the kitchen and also the main kitchen fridge was not working. They did compensate us for part of the trip because of the issues and were good at communicating this, but you can imagine, finding a dead mouse was not enjoyable.

Family Vacation. To Park City Are

Clean, nice big beds, and jetted bathtubs were a favorite. Great space for a grandparent, adult children with their families to stay. Would definitely stay again. We were disappointed the gas fireplaces weren’t working as the evenings did cool down and we did not get a response back on why they were turned off during our stay. So communication could have been better. Also it listed a bbq grill and there wasn’t one. We had planned to grill. Hot tub was nice and clean. We really enjoyed that as well. The grass could use some weed killer. Didn’t want the grandkids running around in the thistles in the grass. Overall a nice property though. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks

This particular house was NOT ready at all! All beds were unmade, towels and sheets were in the washer and dryer, then add a dead mouse....not good. We were able to change houses and then everything was much better!

Ski get away

This was our first time to Utah, we had an amazing time. The house was amazing and made our trip that much better. Just a short drive to Park City and Park City mountain. Very easy to Uber. House is beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for hosting us we will definitely be returning.

Great Property with Great Access!

We loved staying at this sizable home off the Mayflower exit in Heber/Park City. It is well stocked and comfortable with plenty of room for larger groups. It's location near the Deer Valley gondola is unmatched, being only about 2 minutes away. We loved the chef's kitchen, hot tub and multiple fireplaces. Hope to be back soon!

Park City Stay

Overall the stay at the property was OK with a few issues -not as clean as we would have expected. -When we arrive the trash cans in the garage were overflowing with food/drinks/trash and it made the whole garage and basement level smell. When we asked to have the trash picked up, the property managers insisted it had already been picked up, and it took us sending 2 different photos to get someone to come. When finally someone came to pick up the trash they only took the overflow, leaving the trash bins still full. -The property listing doesn't quite match the actual amenities. The listing says that there are bunk beds on the 3rd floor but those aren't there, only the ones in the basement. Additionally the pool table is not available for use as there are no pool cues. -The hot tub was not working when we arrived and we had to replace the filters ourselves while on the phone with the technician in hopes to clear up the murky / dirty water that was in the tub.

Just Okay

This was a tough review to write. Let me just say the property manager communication was amazing. They responded immediately to all my requests. The house had enough space for our group-12. Here are the concerns that I believe other travelers should be aware of. The listing for the home has a set of bunkbeds advertised in the upstairs bedroom. One of our families had 4 small children. What a surprise to see a king size bed in that room! I contacted management and they apologized. We found extra bedding and luckily we had a few air mattresses to throw on floors. Two of the bathrooms (main level and lower level) did not have working locks on the door, so that was interesting with small children who just open doors. The main level door was fixed (they moved a pin from upstairs to downstairs) but couldn't fix the lower level lock. Be aware of that if it hasn't been fixed as that is where the shower is (maybe bring signs to announce it is occupied). The hot tub electrical was broken and we were not informed of this. They sent someone to look at it and told us the electrical panel needs to be replaced. Not sure how quickly that will be done, but I'd ask about it before reserving this unit. Kitchen had most items we needed, but the silverware is lacking in a huge way. We had to hand wash silverware after every meal so we would have enough the next time we ate. The pool table is a piece of junk - felt is all rippled. The space felt cluttered as well. Won't stay again.
