"I had a fantastic stay at this cosy 2-bedroom apartment. It was clean, well-furnished, and felt like a real home away from home. The living space was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. "This was a one night stay on our way to Edinburgh with our dogs. It was exactly what we needed a comfortable, clean and well equipped room right next to a lovely pub that is also dog friendly. Sonia and the team couldn't do enough for us, fetching water for our dogs after a long journey. Asking if we had everything we needed. We had a good meal that night and a lovely breakfast the following morning. Such a friendly place, we will definitely be back!"

"Would usually book a hotel as moving child to Newcastle Uni but due to home match and lots of other parents moving their kids in, hotels were thin on the ground! Picked the apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes and great to have a small kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only criticism would be a lack of bedside table/shelf and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest but it was all clean and functional. Will def recommend. "

"I’ve stayed already 4 times. facilities are great, no denying. when they work… Pool was closed for 3 out of the 4 nights i was staying; when asking when it would reopen I was politely told to go and find it out myself (like staff is not interested to know and inform guests?!), and finally when remaining planet conscious I asked for room service every 2 days (middle of my stay) and they missed that too. dont know what happened this time, but this is how I felt leaving the hotel"
