"I’ve stayed a number of times in one of their cottages, if you’re a fisherman or sailor it has everything you need. Mary, Capt Billy and Tiffany all provide excellent service and provide a very convenient and great place to stay. Book a trip! "

Main floor bedroom and full bath ideal for family with children or those that can’t use stairs. Private sandy beach easily accessible perfect for wading or swimming (kids loved it!). "It was a nice get away for our wedding anniversary. We were able to bring our dogs and use the private strip of beach a couple of cottages away. This was a great quiet trip. The only thing that could have been better is the AC in the cottage. A window unit is provided but with 90 temps it couldn’t keep up."

"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful.
