Clouston Cottage: Pet Friendly 3 BR & Pool

Excellent home with everything you need for a short term stay. Located in a quiet street within walking distance to shops and parks.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and basic appliances. The laundry contains all your needs.

We also have a outdoor area under the verandah for BBQs.

The backyard is full fenced off for pets.

Swimming pool is a salt water pool but it isn’t heated.

Please note, The shed isn’t available to guests but there is plenty of off street parking.
The space
This is our home and it’s set up for multiple families or a great retreat. The swimming pool is an excellent facility but please ensure kids are supervised.

We may occasionally be at the property accessing the shed.
Guest access
Everything is accessible except the shed.

Other things to note
We are happy to offer a Welcome Basket for $80 and would be suitable for special occasions. This would include: milk, bread, fruit, crackers, chocolate and a bottle of tastefully selected local wine. The region is known for Shiraz or heavier red wines. Please advise if this doesn’t suit you. Other varieties may not be sourced locally.

Another starter option of a floral arrangement is also available for $80 and can be added for an extra special surprises

Both can be purchased together for $150 with a bonus 1L tub of artisan ice cream when the bundle is taken. Flavors upon request and will vary seasonally.
