"Pat & Neil's cottage was extremely comfortable and well-appointed with high-quality facilities. The setting was peaceful and private and the outlook over the hills and farmland very scenic. I particularly liked being able to sit on the deck for meals or a drink, and the welcome touches of scones, fruit, chocolate and butter were very muc appreciated. "Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. "For the price point of this accommodation it was very disappointing. The bathroom had no door to the shower causing the entire bathroom to be wet. No mirror above the free standing bathroom sink. Mirror in the bathroom was opposite the toilet! No milk supplied. Arrived at 3pm and the cottage was absolutely freezing taking over 1.5hours to warm up.
