They thought of Everything
This is perfect for any couple. The location is safe, beautiful, secured by a gate and conveniently located to Healdsburg. It is in the heart of wine country. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, plenty of towels and most appreciated the finer touches needed for a home away from home. The hosts are wonderful, on-site but allow you complete privacy, in fact we enjoyed talking with them so much, but it really was only on their porch as they made it clear "that is your place now." We BBQ'd on site for a couple family members as we were visiting while in Healdsburg , they had every dish and utensil we could possibly need. When we return (and we will become we have family there), we won't hesitate to inquire of this wonderful place. Oh, and did I mention very clean and comfortable bed? Thank you for having us!

Perfect getaway
Joyce and Richard were lovely hosts, and the property was very clean and well-stocked. The location is very close to downtown Healdsburg and several wineries. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Cottage in the Heart of Dry Creek
Small but wonderful cottage in the heart of Dry Creek/Healdsburg. Central to wineries and food. The hosts in the main home were very nice. The pool and hot tub were excellent. A+

Amazing stay with Richard and Joyce!
This was one of the best STR experiences we have had. The cottage is clean, inviting and just as described. Proximity of pool and hot tub is an icing on the cake. Joyce and Richard are very accommodating hosts who helped us in many aspects including enabling charging for our EV. We will visit them again!

Very nice!
We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage! It had everything we needed, and the hot tub was a relaxing treat. The location was perfect – quiet yet close to downtown Healdsburg for groceries and dining. Rich and Joyce were super nice and gave us a warm welcome.

Please know that this carriage house is right behind the main house and pool. Feet away from the proprietors porch and home. There is no privacy if you were looking for your own place.

Lovely Stay
We had a very nice stay at this location. The guest house was clean and welcoming and having the pool and hot tub right outside the door was ideal. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and the hosts were responsive when we had questions about how to operate the pool. Plus it's a 2 minute drive to downtown Heldsburg. It's not safe to walk there as it's right off a busy road so a car is necessary.

Wonderful Getaway Weekend!
We had a wonderful time at Rich and Joyce's cottage. The cottage is 10 mins drive to town and within 5 mins to a nice grocery store. Great Location! It has spacious outdoor area and seating sections on site. The highlight was definitely the pool and hot tub. We spent much time outside. The cottage itself is cute and cozy. Joyce and Rich were super helpful with the questions we had. We had a great weekend. Highly recommend !!

Rich and Joyce's wine country villa
Rich and Joyce were super helpful. My sister and her husband came from Europe and the hosts wer super flexible and understanding. The house was quiet with vast vineyards nearby-just beautiful. We can't say enough aboout how great it was!

Great Mother's Day Weekend!

Lovely cottage
This is an amazing cottage in a gorgeous setting. It was my third time staying here and it's been so lovely each time. Highly recommended! The cottage has everything you need, and we spent most of our time outside. The hosts are very responsive. Can't wait to come back.

Vacation
The small cottage was comfortable. The pool and the hot tub was nice. We enjoyed the proximity of the town nearby, the surrounding local wineries and shops. The hosts were welcoming and resourceful. In our opinion, the heating system lacked in the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was comfortable but could have been warmer, so as the pool. The kitchenette also lacked baking pans and wooden baking spoons. Besides some of those observations, the location is definitely a place to return to relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway!

Wonderful Anniversary Weekend
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage outside of Healdsburg. It had a rustic charm with all the required amenities. It's proximity to the best wineries of Dry Creek Valley and the culinary pleasures of Healdsburg made it an ideal destination for us. Rich and Joyce were the perfect hosts. We wouldn't think twice about staying here again on our next visit to the area!

Peaceful, beautiful and great hosts!
We loved this little cottage right outside Healdsburg. Rich was a wonderful and helpful host who helped us get the hot tub bubbling away. Kitchen has everything you need and location was perfect.

5 minutes away from everything in Healdsburg!
Great location, truly 5 minutes from every winery, hike, and restaurant we had planned for our stay. Place was clean and everything was in proper working order. The only thing was wi-fi signal was weak in the cottage, and cell signal for Verizon was not great for me personally (it was fine for my sister on T-Mobile), so plan on being a bit more off the grid in the cottage.

Richard & Joyce were great. very helpful sweet older couple. There's only one thing that stopped me from rating a solid 50Stars, the Wifi did not work well at all. neither did our cell phone reception. Not a huge deal but if you need to rely on solid Wifi you won't find it there so we just went down the street to Planks Coffee shop. But great people, very nice to deal with.

Perfect Getaway!
Healdsburg is one of our favorite getaway close to home. This place made our trip even more perfect. Rode our bike from the cottage, took the walk path to the plaza, short drive to wineries and several hiking spots. Extreme heatwave during our stay, luckily we had our very own private pool to beat the heat. What tops it all is the owners were very responsive and accommodating, They made sure we enjoyed our stay and also gave us our privacy. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.

We loved our stay at this cute cottage, and the hosts Rich and Joyce were a delight! The pool was very refreshing on a hot summer's day, and very private, even though the owners live on site. We used the BBQ and cooked in once, the kitchen is quite user friendly. A great location for a wine country getaway, can't wait to come back. Thanks for your hospitality!

Cute Cottage
Dry Creek Cottage was lovely as were Joyce and Rich. The only drawback is the shower head in the bathroom shower which needs to be replaced. The outdoor shower was better and I used that one. Overall though the cottage is worth it as it is cozy with a great location.

Relaxing Weekend
We really enjoyed our relaxing stay while in town for a wedding. The pool was great and the AC inside was much appreciated on the hot weekend and the pool house was very comfortable for all three of us. Thank you, Rich and Joyce!

Cute Cottage and Convenient Location
We enjoyed our stay at Dry Creek Cottage. Hosts were very welcoming and appreciated the welcome binder with recommendations of restaurants, etc. Very clean which is a must for me! Well equipped kitchen. I would suggest a larger TV as the one was very small and had to turn the volume up to hear it from the sofa. The wifi was spotty at best.

Nice Place!
Our family of 4 spent spring break here for one week. We have two daughters ages 7 and 8 and they love to swim. Our sole reason for selecting this property was for the heated pool and hot tub. Everything was great except for the pool not being heated at the time we were there. It was too cold to swim in so we only were able to use the hot tub for the entire week. The listing specifically states that it is a heated pool so this was a big disappointment for us.

Joyce and Rich are great people. The great parts were the hot tub and fireplace and the comfy bed. The not so great: the better shower is an outside shower, removable shower head/hose. The reason for a lower rating is there is no reliable wifi at all and we needed to work so my husband froze on the pool patio in order to get wifi for work. The tv is super small and we couldn’t stream shows in bed. Once this gets fixed, we’d go back but for over 300 a night no wifi was just disappointing. We hope Joyce and Rich can fix this. In their materials they make it a point that there are no refunds for anything not working.

Sonoma Wine Country Experience
My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at Rich and Joyce's cottage. It is very close to downtown Healdsburg and convenient to the Dry Creek area as well as the rest of Sonoma County. The owners are next door and are available if needed but are non-intrusive. We did not use the pool and hot tub but they are right next to the cottage and look appealing. The internet connection was inconsistent and a challenge at times. We spoke to Rich about this at the end of our stay and he seemed quite receptive to make the necessary upgrade. All in all, it was a very positive experience. Thank you!
