"The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof."

"Very nice and clean house in Kruger Parke Lodge with enough space for 5, even 6 persons. 3 bathrooms. Washing mashine and dryer worked well, at least during non-load-sheeding times. The beds were a bit inconvenient for us. Probably because of its thatched roof, the house smelled a little like a horse stable. "The place would have been wonderful. BUT THIS PLACE IS NOT TRANQUIL the noise of the trucks on the r40 24/7 roaring past. It sounded like the place was next to the runway at Heathrow. They offered a lesser accommodation away from the road a bit but wanted to charge lots more. I’m sorry but this was not helpful…. Beware if you don’t mind sleeping with ear plugs THIS IS FOR YOU.
