Mulberry House - Near Downtown Hazard

Summary:

This stylish home is the perfect choice for guests looking for a great place to rest and relax. Centrally located on one of Hazard's most adorable streets near the downtown area. It offers 3 bedrooms, a newly remodeled bath, updated kitchen and a great little front porch with a swing. The WIFI works great and cell service is very good in this area. Guests love the warmth and charm of the decor and the location is safe and convenient to everything! And, pets are welcome too!



The Space:

Enter through the front door to the living room which leads to dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the bathroom and laundry room. The second guest bedroom is in the rear of the home just off the kitchen and has a full size bed and closet. The bathroom has a tub with shower and all linens are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a drip and single serve coffee maker. The wifi works great and the smart tv offers free channels and you are welcome to connect your own Netflix, Hulu etc.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire home to themselves.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in the Lothair section of Hazard. 10 minutes to ARH and convenient to all major shopping areas and restaurants.



Getting Around:

The driveway will hold two cars and there is one space on the street in front of the house for a total of 3 parking spaces. There is also extra parking just down the street at the city playground area.



Other Things to Note:

This home is not big enough to accommodate large groups. Therefore, no more than 6 guests are allowed. Parking on this street is limited, so no more than three cars. If you have visitors they can park down the street at the city playground.
