"Just great - unique and cosy - the most comfortable bed ever"

"We had a lovely stay in the downstairs large room, waking up to the view was a treat with lots of hills & countryside. Our host was great, very friendly, chatty & helpful. If you want a rustic, ramshackle, different type of stop over but with a beautiful setting this is it. A very characterful place all round. You can't help but take it for what it is 😄"

"The nicest stay during my time in London! The host is soo friendly and helpful! 🙏 I really appreciate their kindness. It was a cute themed room and cozy. Would definitely come back :)"

"A localização é incrível, ao aeroporto, apenas duas paradas no ônibus 3, o atendimento foi maravilhoso."

"Just returned from another exceptional stay at the superb Windfalls Boutique Hotel. When booking accommodation it’s always reassuring to know full well that you will be travelling to an excellent clean and comfortable property with such welcoming hosts who have a ‘can do anything' attitude which is so rare these days. Due to Margarita’s commitment to ensure you enjoy your stay (as well as being good value for money and great location), it’s no wonder the ‘Windfall’s continues to collect the...

"Clean room. Nice quirky hotel/guest house. Good location. Helpful friendly staff on arrival. No front desk but WhatsApp contact details given. Air conditioning unit very noisy and cannot use without the window open. Good for a stay in the cooler weather out of season but wouldn’t recommend for the weather we are currently having. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel but I don’t find them comfortable to wear to sleep. I would definitely stay again just not in August."

"Very comfortable with an accommodating host. Right on a street with shops and restaurants a block away. Very convenient to Gatwick airport."

"Very convenient straightforward stay! The ensuite room is very spacious and has a lot of handy extra bits like an iron and hair dryer, and a smart TV! The only downsides I'd say are the noise since its on a main road and poorly sound proofed. It would also be great if they could get a full size mirror Overall great stay!"

"Parece uma pousada familiar. A recepção tem forte cheiro de tinta. Prepare-se para subir quatro lances de escadas e encontrar um quarto com carpete. As camas precisam melhorar e a limpeza também. Infelizmente o banho não é bom, com ducha fraquinha e o box estava quebrado. O café da manhã é tipicamente britânico e é muito bom. No quarto, vc encontrará água e cafeteira à sua disposição. "

"Equipe com atendimento muito atencioso e cordial. "

"Everything was perfect! Excellent location and very friendly staff. The team was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend this hotel 100%!"
