Cozy Cabin on Round Lake, Hayward WI

Cozy 3 + bedroom , 2 1/2 bath. A frameCabin with Loft area, fully remodeled and ready for your family to enjoy. 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the main floor. Up stairs is a large bedroom for the kids with 2 bunk beds and 2 large walk in closets for all the gear to be put away. half bath in the loft area for the kids. Loft area has a pull out bed and is a great place to chill and relax. Basement has a bathroom & shower, with laundry area. Out side is Large deck for entertaining, lots of chairs and picnic table for eating out on the deck area, easy access to lake and beach area. 135' of sand beach area great for swimming, dock your boat along the side our dock, Kids will like to kayak & paddle board in front of our dock area. Fully remodeled kitchen with everything you will need to cook and clean with, weber gas grill in the deck. Washer & Dryer are in the basement. This is a great cabin for older people to get down to the lake or just sit on the deck and look out onto the lake, every thing is close to the water only 75' away. Property has a separate driveway down to the lake for easy access. This property does have a boat house and some items are included in your stay but not all the items are for your use. Kayaks and paddle boards are included. You break them you fix them.

Boat rental is available from the marina, they will deliver if needed and pick up.
6 miles to the Hayward down town, by car or bike.
Lots to do in the area if you have not been to Hayward.
Garbage dump is located just down the road, you are responsible to dispose of your garbage hours and location to be provided once you book.
Exterior is sprayed for mosquitos, 3 times a summer.
We are only renting out our cabin 4 weeks in the summer, so our booking dates can run Friday to the following Sunday. This way you can get 2 full weekends on the water. This needs to be approved however prior to booking.When booking it is best to chat with me first. We are very flexible.
No guys or gals weekends accepted. Our cabin is for families, Grandparents , kids & friends to gather and have a good time.

In an effort to keep the cleaning fees' down, we ask the you treat this cabin like your own so when you get ready to leave please do the following wash all dishes and put them away, clean the counters and cooking surfaces, empty out the refrigerator of all your food items, wash all towels and bedding and put them away accordingly. Empty all trash and recycling. Again treat it like it was yours, we would love to have you back again. If something breaks just tell us, we know things are going to happen.
