"We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Roost. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck, surrounded by trees, and ended each day soaking in the jacuzzi while watching a beautiful sunset. My 5-year-old said he was so happy to stay there and wants to go back soon, and so do I. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. Tracy and David were very responsive. A peaceful and scenic stay. It was the best experience I’ve had staying in a vacation rental home. Thank you so much!"

"The home is beautifully decorated. Each room has its own ac, making it comfortable for those with different temperature preferences. The host is very accommodating and makes an effort to keep up with the guests about any updates. I did suggest that he add an extra plug for hair tool accessories in the half bath and he immediately started planning how to support that small convenience. My only concern was actually an issue with hotels.com and not the property itself. The property price is based...

"Sharin was so responsive and amenable! The house was very clean. Only issue was that the game room was not as pictured and the play structure was off limits due to termites, which was a bummer for my kids. It was a really quick drive to the snow park! The check out process was the easiest I have ever seen for a VRBO, which made our exit literally painless. Would love to stay again next season. "

"Great place and I highly recommend it for people who are totally ambulatory and mobile. Steep driveway, lots of stairs and short toilets place was very welcoming for visiting and had everything you need there. Air conditioner worked well, which was highly appreciated because of the very hot weather very close to the marina"

"Easy check in with a lockbox code. Extremely clean and had all the amenities. Beautiful back deck area. The house was convenient to the market, and the local restaurants. We enjoyed eating at the Iron Door. It is about a 30 minute drive to the Big Oak Flat Entrance to Yosemite. Host was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time!"
