The price that you pay for the room when it's during peak season especially, is way more than I would think that type of place should be charging especially with the lack of upkeep. Very soft mattress. Would say here again great price for the stay and what it has to offer. The breakfast was perfect size."

"The ocean view was the best part of this stay. The window is large enough to see the amazing view of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. The self serving check in and out was easy. The accessible lobby stocked with beach towels, board games and a washer/dryer for use. All the questions you may have during your stay is already listed on signs in the room so there’s no need to have to get a hold of staff. The location was a benefit as well. Left over food pieces in the sink not huge but small enough to notice they barely cleaned. We ended up buying some blankets. "Definitely a bit more run down then the photos make it seem. Just walking down the hallway to our room, the carpets looked stained and unappealing. The guy at the front counter was very nice and helpful! The pool/hot tub area needs some updating. And we didn't realize until the bubbles stopped how gross the hot tub was. The room was quiet though, no road noise or AC noise."
