"Incredible stay with thoughtful touches - perfect for pets! We had a great time at this property - there were plenty of towels, a comfy bed, cookware, and other nice touches that made it a great getaway. The fenced in yard was so helpful for letting our pup run all around! Katie was extremely responsive and answered questions right away. This is one of my favorite vacation rentals - definitely would return!! "

"Lovely stay! Can’t be more grateful for all of the space! We enjoyed the deck and view. The downstairs area was the perfect hang out area with space for the kids to play and adults to talk. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The water boats were a great addition the kids enjoyed in the river. Adults enjoyed taking the chairs out to the dock. A little older home, but everything seemed clean with some updates noticeable and updates in progress. We really enjoyed our time."

"We had a wonderful few days at the Little House as part of a longer week exploring VA and WV. The cottage was inviting and well equipped (even Band-Aids!).
