"Lovely hotel and staff only issue my room number 6 was very hot but my friend in number 7 was fine "
"This is a very nice hotel the room was a good size and well presented, the bed was very comfy.
The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent, a good range and very tasty.
The availability of free on street parking is a big bonus.
We will stop here again in the future"

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Strattons Hotel. The hotel was one of six I believe. We were just over the road from reception and where the restaurant is located. Very clean room which wasn’t as big as I was expecting but more than adequate for myself and my husband. I arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be in the room for when we arrived, this was done along with a birthday card - lovely touch. Breakfast was brilliant. "This is a very well renovated B&B with nice amenities like a smart TV, kettle for tea and coffee, and a super comfortable bed. The entrance to the hotel and rooms is controlled by an electronic code. There is a modest continental breakfast on offer with the option for boiled eggs and a sausage or bacon sandwich. "Room was not your bog standard decor but was unique, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with an excrllet shower.
The staff were polite and would acknowledge you even if you were just passing.
Kim who was on reception when we arrived was a standard bearer for the hotel group, she was very welcoming and went above and beyond when we required some direction assistance."

"Quarto confortável, café da manhã muito bom, chuveiro bom, ótimo atendimento. O único ponto negativo é a dificuldade de levar as malas do estacionamento ao hotel. "
"O hotel fica muito bem localizado (próximo à estação de trem/ferry, ao Complexo de Museus da Marinha Real e também a “Spinacker Tower”). O quarto era amplo e a cama confortável. No entanto, são os pequenos detalhes que depõem contra. O quarto fornecido apresentava urina dentro do vaso sanitário. O papel de parede encontrava-se descascado e não houve a troca de toalhas e nem a limpeza do banheiro, de um dia para o outro. Isso causou uma má impressão, a despeito dos pontos positivos anteriormente...
"An absolutely perfect place to stay! Don't waste time looking anywhere else, it's beautiful here and we honestly hope to stay here again. We had the harbour view room and it's worth staying here for that alone! The staff were really lovely, the breakfast was great and the location is incredible. Nothing bad to say really, definitely my new favourite place! "
