Just two minutes drive to local shops, pubs and nearest beach. The 5 mile beach has excellent facilities for swimming, paddle boarding, kite surfing, sailing and fishing. Wonderful walks on a long sandy beach at low tide, with lovely views over to the the Isle of Wight and the Solent. The historical cities of Portsmouth and Chichester and the beautiful South Downs National Park, are all under 30 minutes drive.
