"Poor communication with the team when having to prove identification- left until 4 hours before checking in on the day to be told we were confirmed to stay. (Pending documentation).. Our room was a decent size and the bed comfy. They only left one towel between two adults- would recommend bringing your own.. tried to contact the host but they did not reply.
