"Expected a lot more for the price!! The overall feeling when you walk in the door is that you’re at a below average hotel. It’s kind of dark and humid in the lobby, not super clean. The bathtub was chipped all on the floor, there were orangish brown stain in the tub. My son said the hot tub was like an ice bath and the pool was like a hot tub. There were ants all around the indoor pool. They even put up a sign on the door that the pool was broken as he was in it, but didn’t ask him to...

"Arrived at 9pm and they didn't have any clean rooms. Finally gave us room, went up to it and they were still cleaning. After cleaners left we enter to find previous occupants stuff still in the room and floor very dirty. AC vent is in the bathroom which made using it very cold only in there. Remote to tv didn't work, called front desk they said ok but never sent a replacement. We had to go down to get towls as only 1 was left in the room and we are a family of 4. "I did wake up hot one night. Lowering the thermostat and raising blower speed solved the problem. There is no coffee in the rooms."

"Room was clean. Breakfast staff was extremely nice and helpful. Food was very good. Really liked that you could request fried eggs. They were as ordered. Again want to note how friendly the entire breakfast staff was and how they all went out of their way to great you and ask if they could help."

"Clean room. Kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. No bowls for cereal. A/C unit was extremely loud. Loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night. Had to call the answering service to get door code. Took about 15 minutes to get into the cabin. "

"This place is obvious undergoing room renovations. Ours was not one of them. But my son, had a much better one. The rooms in the back of this property are for low life's and drug smokers. I would never recommend this place unless it was your last resort to have a roof over your head."

"Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise."
