"This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. I couldn’t have been happier and great value for money. I’d...

"The property was very tired, nothing like the photos on the listing, Definately not a 9 star. Shower leaked, the bed was horrible, a park bench would have been more comfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Sheets were rough and clearly had been laundered a lot. Photos were clearly staged, no pretty pillows or towels or flowers. Just a plain room. Shower was very small, could barely move around.
The location was good for our needs and it was quiet. Not enough positives to stay our 3...

"The apartment was excellent, very clean, we were very comfortable and had a good weekend, the recommendations for restaurants were good, we visited The Pearl and had a brilliant meal, we also visited Babbo, the Italian across the road and had excellent meal too. The check in and out was good and the property manual was detailed. One thing that we had trouble with was finding the apartment as the postcode wasn’t that helpful to know where it was, we didn’t know that 7 Butt Hill Court was on New...

"Everything was great and very convenient! The location was excellent, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the pillows. I had read other reviews mentioning them and thought they would be okay, but unfortunately, they were very flat and not fluffy or comfortable. Better pillows would definitely make the stay even better.
Another suggestion would be to provide an easier way to contact someone in case of an emergency or if immediate assistance is...

"Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward.
Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully.
The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees."
