"This was our second stay and it did not disappoint! The welcome basket was so sweet and she always leaves bowls out for our service dog. The place is clean and welcoming. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub but last time it was great! Deborah responded immediately to messages. I can’t say enough good about or experience. Lake view is wonderful and we walked down to the lake our first night there. Truly a blessing."

"Futon room has been upgraded to a double or queen bed. Only stayed one night but the house seemed well equipped for a longer stay. One bathroom was, near all 3 bedrooms. The other was on the other side of the house, away from the bedrooms, but greatly appreciate having 2 full bathrooms available. Front door lock was a little finicky but worked well once we understood how it worked. All bedrooms had TVs. Large dining table. Comfy living room. Thank you"

"This was our second stay at Grand Lake Cozy Cottage. Everything was just as great as our first time there. The cottage feels like a home and is well equipped. We love that they have a ping pong table and nice fire pit with wood. The canoes and kayaks are great too although we didn’t use them this time because the water was a bit rough while we were there. Just like before, we never saw the neighbors. The property is in a very quiet spot. If I were to change one thing, I wish for queen beds...

"Beautiful fresh homey home! Perfect for our family. Would completely recommend to family or friends. People with mobility problems and steps it is a by level Home but does have easy access to lower level with half bath, living area and bedroom. We were able to use the dock for pontoon during our stay very easy to navigate again we stay at a lot of rentals. This is at the very top. Thank you for sharing."
