"I travel for business and can spend $150-$200 a night for a room. I was worried because the price was so low for a night but the beds and pillows are the same quality as I get when I stay at a Marriott. Rooms obviously have been recently redone / repainted. If looking for someplace to get a good nights rest this place works. I didn’t try the breakfast"

"My stay at Avid was extremely disappointing, particularly when it came to housekeeping and room cleanliness. I was moved to three different rooms because the bedding was not clean. There was hair throughout the sheets on each bed, and one of the comforters had noticeable stains. By the time the issue continued into the evening, it was too late for me to reasonably look for another hotel, so I had to request fresh sheets and change the bedding myself. "We stayed there bc of the good reviews however I was very disappointed and perplexed for several reasons. They made me sign a disclosure for smoking there yet the rooms smelled like smoke (I don’t smoke), the bedding was stained on the side (it looked like a poop stain), and the sheets were full of like dog hair or all colors (yuk). More so, I got a rash on my forehead (ugh it was dreadful) and killed a spider crawling on the bed. The place was safe I assume but it can certainly use better...
