Clear Water Cabin is located in a premier East Texas gated community, Holly Lake Ranch. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers over 2600 square feet of space along with a sunroom, a screened porch, a private deck off the master bedroom and all of these offer a gorgeous view of Holly Lake. Relax on the boat dock in the and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful, spring fed lake. Or take a ride in the canoe and take in the beauty of the wildlife and the woods! When you're not out on the lake you can relax and watch movies on the flatscreen TV while sitting around a cozy fire in the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Or pick out a game or puzzle to work on at the game table which also has a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances plus it offers a gorgeous view of the lake while cooking and dining. The dining table will accommodate 6 people and the large kitchen bar will seat 2 more. The kitchen offers tons of countertop space for prepping and serving along with a walk in pantry for food storage. The huge master bedroom is located downstairs and has a reading nook plus, french doors leading out to a deck with a lounger. And did we mention the gorgeous view of the lake and woods? The master ensuite bath is large with double sinks, walk in shower and garden tub. This home actually has 2 masters as the guest bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The guest room is spacious with a queen size bed, and a large walk in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a single sink and walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom is in the large loft and has a queen size bed along with large windows overlooking the lake and woods. Every room in the house has a view of either the lake or woods or both!

Please be aware that although there are no steps in entering the home, however, there is one step down to enter kitchen & dining, and there is one step up to enter the downstairs guest bedroom & ensuite. There is also one step down to enter laundry room and half bath. The living room and master bedroom are all one level.

In addition to all entertainment this home offers you will have full access to the resort amenities, such as golf, tennis, pickle ball, swimming pools, hiking trails, mini golf, fishing and much more. This may just become your home away from home!

Please note that as of April 1, 2022 there will be a fee for guests to bring motored watercraft in to Holly Lake Ranch to use on the private lakes. The fee is $50 and is good for three days.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic home, property and location. The photos do not do this home justice. It's well stocked with everything we could want or need and extremely comfortable. They even had a booster seat which we very much appreciated.

Always enjoy this house!

We have stayed in this house four or five times and always love our time there. My husband and I have stayed there by ourselves as well as with friends. The property is always immaculate. We love the three porches, a glass enclosed, screen enclosed, an open one. Lots of room for relaxing and watching deer. You might take your folding chairs for the dock, which is another nice place to sit. We highly recommend this house!

Winter Getaway

Had a fantastic stay at Holly Lake ranch! We loved watching the birds and deer in the front yard! We played golf or pickle ball almost every day. The cabin was very clean and fully stocked as the listing states. The beds were comfortable - very peaceful and quiet.Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

Peaceful quiet country getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful country home. It was perfect for the four of us. We especially enjoyed getting up and having our morning coffee in the sunroom and watching the deer run by. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the country.

MEMORIAL WEEKEND GETAWAY

We had some issues with the TV and it did finally get resolved with the owner. The inside of the house was fine, you could tell no one had stayed there in a while, some things needed attention. The outside needs some TLC, path down to lake is very unstable, outside needs some cleaning up. We did have fun with staying in Holy Lake, we have some friends there. We will be back to Holy Lake for sure. Thanks

Perfect Getaway

We stayed here in March during Spring Break. The drive here was gorgeous with all the wisteria in bloom. We always try to choose a waterfront VRBO, and this one did not disappoint! The home was very comfortable and relaxing. We spent lots of time on the dock and caught endless numbers of bluegill using just tiny pieces of hotdog. There was a huge bass living under the dock that also tried to catch our bluegill! We also enjoyed the other amenities of this community, such as the waterfall hiking trail, mini golf, and pickle ball. Would definitely come back!

We love this place!

Weā€™ve come back to this beautiful cabin in the woods several times. The area is beautiful, the house is spacious, the yard is big with lots of trees and lake access, and there is a lot to do in Holly Lake Ranch. We did hear some of the amenities may be shutting down, so thatā€™s something to check on. But weā€™d probably still come. Itā€™s that great of a place. And Joe & Carolyn are super responsive and helpful as hosts.

A beautiful stay and a beautiful cabin

We loved our vacation and stay at this cabin- my grandkids were attending Camp Deer Run and the location and ease to get to the camp was great- the cabin was perfect and the dock area on the lake was just perfect. We hope to go again some day!

Great communication and beautiful property

This was a beautiful property and we loved it so much that we even considered staying with no power since there was a severe power outage in East Texas due to a storm. The property manager was great about communicating this issue with me and so helpful. We hope to go back another time.

Wonderful family gateway

Hosts were great communicators and made finding the place and getting settled in a breeze. The house was fantastic. So many cozy places to enjoy the lake view, a very well stocked and functional kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. Master bath and closet were so spacious and nice, everything was just really comfortable. Lots of nice outside areas to sit as well and the dock was great. So much to do in the surrounding areas although we could have stayed right at the house and kept busy all day. Kids, teenagers, adults, we all had a blast!
