"We were in town for a reunion. Booked very early on. A few days before arriving I called to ask about a late arrival. The gal that answered the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. She said our room key would be left on the front desk if we arrived after hours. That’s exactly where it was when we arrived. The ice machine is not working but if you ask, a bag of ice will be provided. The cleanliness could be improved. I wiped a spill off from the bathroom floor and the tissue was black.
