"Unfortunately found a few black hairs in the shower and one in my bed"

"Very clean and quiet place to spend private time in. I checked in pretty late, but the staff was so helpful in assisting my check inn and offered me a a good size bedroom. Am just so grateful and will stay there again."

"Building was dated, but it was clean and tidy. Reception was pleasant. Good experience overall."

"It is old and doesn’t match with the photos Towels are super old and not dare to use. The door lock fallen out before I moved in. Bed is ok and just the whole room below my standard."

"The room wasn't cleaned properly or topped up of amenities like tea and coffee. Parking always convenient, room was a little dirty in places. Still a great stay."

"This is a really lovely hotel to stay at. It's new, clean, spacious.. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, very clean and the bathroom is spacious with a well lit mirror - perfect when you are trying to get your makeup just right. The bed is super comfortable and I couldn't hear any noise from within or outside the hotel. Such a convenient location if you are attending an event at Panthers. The parking is easy, and there's no shortage of spaces. Breakfast was...

"The only issue was the neighbouring residents bordering the property (I don’t know which neighbour) had a dog that barked nonstop into the night and I’m not complaining about the dog, I’m complaining about the dog’s human who didn’t seem to be attending to the dog’s needs. I worried that the poor dog was being neglected."

"It was very clean well stocked and well prepaired"

"Good place. Nice bed and linen. Horrid Wi-Fi speed and signal. Air conditioner works as expected. Could have breakfast as I couldn't find any options nearby."

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and couldn't fault it. Everything was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to other travellers."

"Rooms were a good size and had everything we needed ❤️ Hotel was within walking distance of the local metro station and rouse hill town centre The fiddlers restaurant on site is a good idea for people wanting a meal However having a local shop or bar in the hotel would be great But all in all had a fantastic 6 nights there , was able to get into Sydney and back with no problems Highly recommended"

"Excelente hotel, limpeza impecável, muito confortável, super indicado. "

"The room was lovely"

"I honestly struggle a little to understand the extremely high rating this B&B has. Don’t get me wrong, the rooms are very private and spacious, and I personally love older properties with character. However, in this case it felt like some areas were not just old, but simply in need of better maintenance. For example, the grout and finishing in the bathroom were quite worn. To me, that’s less about the age of the building and more about general upkeep. The ladies at the property were absolutely...
