Helpful, friendly, efficient staff.
good location and great spa facilities. Decent restaurant, good food reasonably priced.
Quiet but imagine it could be noisy in busy season.
Built on a hill and parking some way off from actual accommodation - made getting luggage to and from apartment a chore - not easily 'walkable' for people with mobility problems.
Not much privacy in front of apartment as walkway and steps to...

"Excelente local. Muito confortável. Bem decorado. Instalações perfeitas. Único problema são as baladas ao redor do hotel...muito barulho até as duas da manhã. No mais...muito bem localizado e ótima relação custo x benefício."

"The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property."

"We adored our stay at Owl Cottage. The accommodation itself was lovely and clean, the decor was great and it had fab provisions for a four-night stay. The main draw for us with younger kids was the outside playground, pool and games room and these really didn’t disappoint. As we had a mid-week stay, we didn’t have any issues sharing these with the other cottages. The bbq was fun, and we really lucked out with the weather. The only tiny thing we’d suggest is providing some fly spray / fly tape...
