"When I checked images hotels looks in decent condition however when I turned up, it was a Indian restaurant, hallway smelled of strong curry, the room they gave me was a room converted from bathroom to bedroom, it felt like a refugee camp rather than a hotel "

"Was a good sized room with plenty of facilities. The bathroom was a bit tired and for the price, I felt it could have been a little more modern. There were a lot of spiders in the room which isn’t necessarily the hotels fault, it did make the stay less enjoyable as both my young daughters were a bit scared. The breakfast was decent and substantial, very nice restaurant with a varied evening menu (no burger though which surprised me). The location is good and was very easy to find. I recommend...

"Ideal for a 1 night stay. May need to explain that when they say ‘breakfast included’, its a basket including cereals, croissants, biscuits and yoghurt. Not actually a hot breakfast or a breakfast menu in the pub. Lovely staff. Nice and clean room."

"The pub is friendly with good food and staff. The separate block which houses the bedrooms looks boring but the bedrooms inside are incredibly beautiful. I enjoyed underfloor heating in the bathroom and the lovely views of the countryside. "

"Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. The view from the patio was endless countryside and at night it was rural enough that there was no light pollution and could see the stars. Room was well stocked with all types of teas and coffees. "La camera era molto spaziosa, ma con finestra che non si poteva aprire. Dalla descrizione doveva esserci il frigorifero che invece non c era. Inoltre, sempre dalla descrizione dell hotel sembrava possibile consumare anche la cena, impresa che si è rivelata veramente difficile."

"Bar was OK However there was no heating in my room Bed was great Shower was Terrible!! I’m a plumber. I couldn’t get the shower to work, only a dribble The only requirements I have when working away are a reasonable bed and a reasonable shower, is that to much to ask for?"

"My hotel of choice when staying in Newmarket, an easy walk into the town for shopping etc. staff very friendly and the breakfasts are excellent. I always try and get a superior room and they are very large and comfortable, better than the bed I have at home."

"O atendimento é bom e o quarto era bem confortável. A localização é do lado da estação ferroviária, mas é longe de qq supermercado ou outra amenidades. A única coisa que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o serviço de housekeeping. Nós 3 dias da estadia não foi feita a limpeza do quarto. No mais, é de fácil acesso e o atendimento é bom."
