You'll find yourselves on our farm, in a completely secluded location on the edge of the Allerniederung Nature and Bird Sanctuary—you couldn't get much further away from the stress of the big city. Storks, ducks, and other birds share the grounds with horses, peacocks, and sheep. We've sustainably restored the 18th-century, historic caretaker's house using geothermal energy.



The flat features two separate bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals: a fridge, dishwasher, hob, and facilities for making coffee and tea. You'll have your own private entrance and can relax on the terrace overlooking the garden.



From the property, the Aller Cycle Path leads directly into the great outdoors—perfect for walking or cycling. You can store your bikes in a rain-protected area or borrow some free of charge, subject to availability. The terrace offers views of the surrounding countryside and invites you to linger. Klein Häuslingen sits in the triangle between Bremen (55 km), Hanover (70 km), and Hamburg (130 km). Amusement parks such as MagicPark Verden, Vogelpark Walsrode, and Heidepark Soltau are just 20 to 45 minutes away. The county town of Verden attracts visitors with the Niedersachsenhalle, museums, and cultural attractions. You can do your shopping at the Otersen village store (3 km).
