Beautiful 4600 square foot home on 3 acres, boasting an assortment of Camellias & Magnolias, with large porches, garden fountains, rockers, and porch swings.
Relax in a beautifully appointed bedroom, with flat-screen TVs.
There are 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, with a huge den and living room... and include 2 king-size bedrooms, the 3 rd bedroom has one Queen and one double bed. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper for extras or children... all with high-end mattresses and quality sheets and towels.
Step outside to 3 porches that lead down to the large sparkling pool and
outdoor kitchen and comfortable chairs and lounges.

Do not rent this place!!!! Do not rent this place!! Warning do not rent!!! It is just two bedrooms!!! Two bedrooms with no tv!!! The third make shift bedroom is downstairs again make shift bedroom. No WiFi no internet no dishwasher make sure you bring everything from home because this house has nothing!!!!!! No!! Odd house makes no sense at all!! Go swimming yes!! Bring everything plus down with you or your day in the sun will turn into CrossFit climbing those stairs!!!! Two weeks I stayed not one day or night if tv in any of the bedrooms. No WiFi or internet for my boys gaming system. Again it is only a two bedroom house!!! Do not rent!!

Room to spread out!!!

We were in town for a wedding. Our group consisted of 8 adults and a two year old. When we arrived Ranae was there to greet us and show us around the property. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. This home was equipped with everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. We could not have picked a better place to rent for our family. Ranae called ahead of time to tell me what to expect as well as a call before we left to make sure our stay was everything we needed! I highly recommend for a family gathering!

Beautiful Property

Renae was wonderful with communication and very informative regarding the check in process. Her property is on four acres, has a pool, outdoor kitchen and plenty of room indoors for the three couples in our group.

Family Get Away!

It was AWESOME!! The home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Me, my mom, sisters and nieces were looking for a fun little getaway and a nice safe place to stay and we found the absolute perfect place. Camellia Hills Estate

Our family stayed at Camellia Hills Estates while in town for a wedding. The host was very accommodating and the house met/exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient to downtown Hattiesburg, while also providing privacy and a great place to relax and wind down after a busy day.

Beautiful home with all the extras

I had a very good weekend with my teen daughter and her friends. The private pool is huge and everything you need is right there by the pool. The decks have a lovely view and there is an outdoor kitchen with a grill that we used. There is antique furniture throughout the home. It has a huge kitchen with custom made cabinets that are absolutely gorgeous. Large dining table and seats at the two islands gives you plenty of room. Has Smart tvs in every room. There are spices and basic essentials in order to cook in the kitchen. It was a place that I would highly recommend. It was very clean. I definitely will stay here in the future.

Absolutely beautiful vacation home. Made great memories with some teacher friends. The pool was large and very clean with lots of floats. Great kitchen, we cooked a roast in the large rooster. It was so delicious. The beds were so comfortable. It is an awesome place for a vacation.

We absolutely loved all the outdoor areas. A very beautiful property. The kitchen was also well stocked and had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and even allowed us to check in a little early as we were traveling with a friend undergoing chemo!

Special Place! Special Host!

From the very beginning of our communication the owner was gracious, helpful and caring. We needed a place at the last minute so family could gather for a funeral. The house was beautiful with a grand kitchen and lots of deck space for gathering outdoors! We highly recommend this home!

Great time in a beautifully appointed place

Property was fantastic ! Owner was equally fantastic! Plenty of room for our extended family in town for my daughters wedding. To cold for the pool and entertainment area but it was a gorgeous space. Owner went above and beyond to help us out of a tight spot when our other rental fell through at the last minute.

Vacation House

Great Location in Hattisburg. Pool was very nice along with plenty of pool accessories, and nice cooking area and bathroom near to the pool. Kitchen was fantastic. House is very nicely decorated and has the host families fine china cabinet and other fine furniture. (might be a concern with smaller kids playing in living room). Large table for games or family dinners and lots of sofas and other chairs to relax and talk. Very nice deck and front porch to sit and enjoy the outside. Bedrooms are a little small but beds are very comfortable. Master Bedroom has a very small bathroom. Overall very nice and I will book again.

Busy snow cone business with numerous trucks in and out located by driveway and main entrance to house. Kitchen and pool area are very nice. Interior of house is dark. Third bedroom is on lower floor with no direct bathroom access. It will sleep 10 if air mattress and pullout sofa are used. Bathrooms are very small. Bring plastic utensils as silverware is inadequate for more than 7. Owner is very nice and responsive to issues.

Okay stay, but be aware

The property itself is great. I have stayed in many other rentals but this is the first situation where I had issue with things from the listing that were not followed as well as things that should have been in the listing and were not. Check-in was NOT a no person contact situation as the property manager was in the house and gave a tour of the house (with no mask) when we arrived at 4:30pm. About 70% of the kitchen is zip-tied shut including the refrigerator. There is a "guest" refrigerator in a different room. There is NO freezer use allowed so don't bring anything frozen...like ice cream. Of the dishes available in the kitchen, many had dried food on them in the cabinet. The gas grill on the deck ran for about 3 minutes and the propane tank was empty. The second grill at the pool that was allowed to be used could not be ignited. The thermostats are all set with notes on them not to change anything (it was set to 79). We were called the day BEFORE check-out at 10:30am wanting to know when we were leaving because housekeeping was waiting in the driveway. I booked this listing as a decompression place due to a lot of family issues we were dealing with. If more of these house rules had been in the listing, I would probably have chosen a different location. Renae was nice, but things did not seem to run very smoothly.
