The rooftop deck is situated for ocean views and lounging deck chairs to relax in. All one level you have the living room to kick back and relax before and after a fun day at the beach. Dining room table with seating for 8 to sit around and talk about the days adventures. The kitchen has additional island-stool seating and room to prep your favorite beach meals. There is an outside deck space to sit and have your coffee in the morning and afternoon snack.
You are only steps away from the ocean or go over to Teach's Lair Marina and watch the sunset over the sound. Close to the Ferry Boats to go to Ocracoke, Graveyard of the Atlantic as well as the beach access ramp for your off-road vehicle. There are the Hatteras Landing, several restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, art galleries and other stores. In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period.
