"We were very happy with our accommodation. Easy check in and checkout. Excellent communication. Very clear instructions. This is the perfect place for large groups to rent because the upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the downstairs are three separate studio apartments with two queens. There’s even a crib, toddler bed, and pack’n’play for littles. There are boogie boards and excellent waves. Make sure to pack the bug spray! "Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."

"This property has everything you could need for any length of stay, and if it was lacking anything, Nelson took care of it. There is plenty of room, plenty to cook with and an amazing pool and spa to chill in. Hanging out with friends & family outside is so easy and comfortable. The air conditioners in the bedrooms make sleeping so nice & if you want an expert to take you and your group on a tour of almost anyplace on the island, Nelson does that - and at a great rate!! If we ever get back to...

"This unit's selling point is its location directly on the beach. The beach is private, and no one ever goes to the beach. The shore is vert rocky and the water rough, not really swimmable but beautiful to look at from the unit's balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, and beach accessories at the unit for you to use. Unit is about a 45 minute drive to San Juan, and there is LOTS of traffic heading to and from San Juan, so it was always...

"The house is perfect for a family of six. The only complaint i may have is the neighbor's dogs barking at night. The house is closed to a corner therefore a lot of traffic. "

"This palatial estate was soMuch more lovely and amazing than the description. You need a car as it’s quite far out. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the house is right on the beach. The bedrooms rooms and livingroom area are very big and luxurious. Stock up On everything before You arrive as it’s far from everything. A perfect multigenerational family paradise! We’l definitely be back!"

"Blue Nest great house plenty of space, liked the bathroom of the patio outside as that is where we spent most of our time if we werent on the beach. Quiet beach not crowded. Great bar across the street, great food. We cooked most our meals at the house on the grill. Walked to the lighthouse every day. Would stay there again. Very comfy beds."
