"Such a quiet and lovely place to unwind and do some stargazing. Really nice kitchen with new appliances and dishwater, beautiful tile throughout, and super comfortable beds. Very close to both Zion and Bryce, and other natural spots. The cattle and the horses came up to the fence close to our place, and the pinto enjoyed a good scratch under her chin. Loved it all! "

"What stood out was that our family had a great time being together. The directions to find the home were very good. The location was perfect for our destinations, Zion and Bryce Canyons. The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for all at the table. The big screen tv was great. However, the home is in need of some deferred maintenance and the kitchen needs more silverware. "

"Loved coming "home" after hiking Zion (1:20m drive) and Bryce (30m drive) all day. The beds were grreat with lovely blankets. Heaters in each room and the kitchen kept us warm. "Great place, very clean and comfortable! Has rustic charm and is out in the country. Definitely need to follow owners directions and try to find it before dark as our “Google directions” were not accurate. We stayed 2 nights and used it as a base when visiting Bryce Canyon. Amazing stars outside at night! Comfy bed and good, hot showers!! Really appreciated the mini fridge! It does take about 25-30 min to drive to Bryce Canyon park. The Pizza Place in Tropic(on drive back from Bryce Canyon)...
