VRBO Care only kicks in once you speak to someone on the phone, we ended up booking a hotel stay instead because the smell was too much for my lungs, I was coughing uncontrollably despite staying outside as long as possible. Host initially responsive to our problem but no solutions (probably AI assistance for immediate responses).
