I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. The owners were under no obligation to do this but still allowed it without chargine me. I am very greatful for this as it was my error in the first place. "All of us loved, loved, loved Jonathan's beautiful home. The photos do not do justice to just how gorgeous this property and garden is. There are no immediate neighbours and its down a private lane. On the doorstep of such beautiful places to visit. Jonathan was a top host both in greeting us and showing us around, and being so flexible with our requests. He left drinks and food for us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. We would not hesitate to book this for any future family get-aways. "

The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...
