"We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed here. And will continue to stay here when I’m in the area. Beautiful wooded area on a golf course. Very quiet. Perfect for one or two people. "

"My husband and I stayed the weekend for our anniversary. We were greeted with a card and bottle of wine. The host was prompt at answering questions and keeping us informed about check in. The property was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed fishing off the bank and having our morning quiet time in the back yard. The home was clean and comfortable. We would love to come back! "

"Of the 7 or 8 trips we’ve made to Hot Springs, this was the best. Great location for us. Very affordable. Loved everything about the place."

"Photos don’t do it justice! Wonderful little private cabin, extremely well furnished, and very cozy feeling. Will be staying here again!"

"The property was secluded and relaxing. It was a nice change of pace from the others I’ve stayed in, that have several other cabins within view. We loved the privacy of the part of the lake that was within walking distance. We also enjoyed the peddle boat and kayaks that are provided. The only negative takeaway was how steep the hill is to and from the lake area. To the point I wouldn’t drive our suv down it in fear of being stuck at the bottom. Overall this was an A place to stay!"

"We were visiting Hot Springs for a family girls trip. We first stayed at an alternate accommodation, which was nice, but the Bear cabin was a much needed upgrade. It had plenty of room for all 6 of us. The kids really enjoyed the playhouse and outdoor area. Overall, very nice and clean. We will definitely keep the natural state cabins in mind for our next Hot Springs vacation. "

"This is a wonderful one bedroom property on the largest lake in Hot Springs Village. Two kayaks for use, with the lake 50 feet from the door. Beautiful neighborhood and miles of walking, with very little traffic. Very quiet. The host, Kim, is very responsive and helpful. Great place to spend a few days at the lake."

"This was a beautiful, comfortable tree house. The views from the porch were so lovely. There was plenty of space for the boys and the adults. We had an issue, and the owner came within 20 minutes, and fixed it. It was one of the lo liest stays I've had at a VBRO in years. "

"The property was immaculate and peaceful to perfection as always. 2nd visit and will be a constant for us for our little getaways. Although we had to cut our trip short for a family emergency-our getaway was what we needed—— hope to get back soon. Love love love Lake Catherine."
