"great facilities even though I was only in town for one night"

"Scammers! They charged me 2 $50 Fees for incidentals and tried to charge me even though nothing was wrong with the room. Vending machine didn’t work and the worker denied us water. Also the tubs were very dirty when we got there. There was only cold water available in the bathtub."

"I had a room on the 2nd floor and it was SO loud that I could barely sleep. Room was near an entrance to the hotel & next to the kitchen. I could even hear the bathroom above me. Pretty hotel, nice hotel staff, great location but I was there to sleep & couldn’t."

"A really pleasant stay overall. The room was spotless on arrival and remained well-maintained throughout. It was clear that housekeeping takes real pride in their work. The staff were equally impressive, always on hand with a friendly word and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Would happily return and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-staffed hotel."

"Housekeeping didn't show up for five days. Only after I made a fuss when my family joined me. The toilet handle had to be held down for the entire looooong duration of every single flush. It never clogged, though - thankfully. The fitness center (cave) had one working treadmill. The breakfast was free, but not slightly good. "My father and I needed a last minute stay for a concert at Acrisure stadium which is about 20 mins away from the hotel. When we walked in a bit early April was so kind to let us know that she would be cleaning our room next so that we could go on up. We grabbed lunch and by the time we came back everything was ready. I didn’t realize that April had been tasked with the front desk AND cleaning rooms. That is a lot of work. She was also extremely kind and charismatic. Coffee in the morning was...
