The Space:

Located at the end of the street in a desirable Harwich Port neighborhood, our large family home will provide endless fun for your entire group.



Relax on the back deck while you watch the kids have a blast running around and playing on our jungle gym, with ladders, monkey bars, and a slide. Get everyone together for a pick-up game of basketball, as our driveway doubles for a basketball court. Red River Beach is just a 3 minute drive down the road, and our home is right around the corner from Main Street and downtown Harwich Port, where you will find plenty of great dining, shopping, and entertainment options.



Walk through the front door of our home to find a combined living/dining area with a huge flat screen TV, comfortable couches with plenty of seating, and a high top tables and chairs. The first floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, and quiet living room with a fireplace that is perfect for reading or relaxing. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: the master with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and the third with two full beds (bunk beds), as well as another full bathroom.



Other amenities include central A/C, WiFi, cable TV, a washer/dryer in the basement, gas grill, and sheets and towels provided for each guest. Our home is also dog friendly, so don’t forget to bring your best friend along too.

The house was very clean and very spacious. I was there with some friends on a September golf trip and found the property and it's location to be fabulous. There were quality golf courses near by as well as ample restaurants, shopping and site seeing areas. I would not hesitate to rent the property again and I would not hesitate to recommend the property to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great family trip

My family (wife, 3 year old and 11 month old) recently stayed at the house and really enjoyed it. The check in process and communication was seamless. The house eas spacious and had a great cape cod feel. We spent a lot of time on the big back deck. The kids loved the play space and basketball hoop. We would go back again.

Great location for us. Went to a wedding at the Wychmere resort which was about 2 miles away. Very spacious and clean. Only problem was a lot of ants in the kitchen! Could have been the time of year ( May). Overall great experience

Great spot

Overall top notch. The upstairs bathroom is vintage, with pink tiling, but I love that and it gives the house a little more charm. Very suburban neighborhood. Very comfortable, great property management.

Great spot for a family getaway!

This place was amazing from the space of the house, the backyard with huge deck and the play area saved us with our 2 and 4 year olds. There’s one bedroom downstairs so anyone staying with family gets privacy. 5 minute drive to red river beach; texts with the landlord daily if anything needed. I highly recommend.

Nice family vacation home

Great relaxing summer trip with kids home from college.

Everything about the trip was really nice. The property was well represented in the pictures. Clean, nice, spacious and comfortable. Del Mar was super professional and responsive. The location was also nice. Plenty of parking and close to lots of restaurants, stores and the bike trail. Walk to nice beach was safe and easy. Close to harbor for more activities and the ferry.

Great cape location

We headed to the cape for a golf weekend and this house was a great fit. It had plenty of room and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There was a little confusion as the listing said six beds but there were only 5. Not a big deal for us but something the next renter should be aware of. Overall a nice place to stay.

Nice play for kids to enjoy

The outdoor aspects of this property are clearly the best. Plenty of room to play and enjoy the secluded deck. The interior needs updating, especially the kitchen and baths. The bedrooms have little closet space and the lighting is difficult - mostly lamps without wall switches. But overall it was OK for a family weekend with good weather.

2 week true vacation

This was a lovely Home and great location. We stayed two weeks with our family and friends and had one of our best vacations. The house is so, so cozy - we never felt like we were “away from home”. Comfortable beds and furniture, GREAT living space. The kitchen is just fine - lots of kitchen and dining utilities (pots, plates, platters, etc) and great neighborhood. Highly recommend and would definitely go back. Short drive to the beach and walking trail and so close to lots of food options and ice cream! The property manager was very helpful, kind and responsive and did a great job. Made the experience very easy.

Great family vacation rental. Plenty of room for the whole family. Close to beaches and Harwich Port. Back yard and deck are great for gathering. House is just as shown in listing photos. Del Mar Vacations was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Big house, big yard, needs some updating

Pulling into the driveway we had some concerns about the property as the outside of the house is in need of basic maintenance and not overly appealing. Overall, it was a decent home, good for families with plenty of space. The driveway was nice and big and where we spent a lot of time, and the yard itself was great for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for kids to ride bikes and go for walks. Inside the house, like outside, there is a need for updating and maintenance. The furniture in the main living room is old and uncomfortable. The couches are all sunken and dirty looking. As other reviewers noted, the kitchen appliances are very dated. The master bedroom upstairs is large and the other 3 bedrooms were also comfortable for my kids. If you're looking for a house with space and a nice yard it checks the boxes.

WEEK WITH FAMILY

The kids play area was great, lovely deck, but inside there were a few issues with broken things, which we did not have the time to have everything fixed, but hopefully all will be taken care of soon! Examples-door screens ripped, one burner not working on the stove, the shades were on the floor, broken, and as we were leaving, we noticed an overhead light out in the kitchen. Just a note here-if you have down pillows, it is a good idea to advertize that, as I am allergic to down...sneezing each morning, and chronic allergy congestion ensued. Just my thoughts. Overall, the house was comfortable, and accommodated our family. The quiet location was great, in addition to being near everything we wanted. Highly recommend The Brax Landing Restaurant! Awesome!

Beautiful Cape Cod home

We loved staying here! The home is beautiful and is a quick 5 minute drive to the beach. Stayed here with a group of 8 friends and there was more than enough space for everyone. Would definitely stay here again : )

Great stay!

We loved staying here for our annual Cape trip. My kids loved the yard, play structure, and large driveway for riding bikes and scooters. Plenty of room for our family and my parents.
