Welcome to Kare Not with mini split A/C in the main living room and all bedrooms! This lovely beach home has been recently refreshed with updates in the kitchen with new stainless appliances, bathrooms and bedrooms! This 3 bedroom home is only 500 feet to Ocean Ave Beach and under a half mile to Harwich Port from this traditional Cape Vacation Rental home with a sun porch and free WIFI.

Our Beach House is in such a great location, the neighborhood is so kid friendly and laid back, our neighbors are great and we love that we can walk to everything, the Beach is only a hop skip and a jump and we can easily walk into Harwichport for all the great shops and restaurants. Our favorite pastime is having our coffee on the screened in front porch and watching the neighborhood come to life.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter through the front porch that is inviting you to sit back and relax and watch the people stroll by on their way to the beach! As you enter the through the porch door the living area is on your right with plenty of seating , Flat screen TV and WIFI. As you pass through the living room you enter the eat in dining area is large enough for family meals, enjoy new stainless appliances throughout the refreshed kitchen. There is easy access to the small patio out back, this is where you will find the gas grill and a small table and chairs.

There is Newly Refreshed full bathroom (tub/shower combo) on the first floor. Also, a desk has been added on the lower level office for those guests that still need to remote work or learn during their Cape Cod getaway!

On the second floor are three rooms, each with a double bed (2 of the bedrooms rooms have AC units) and a half bath at the top of the stairs.

This is a great home and area for families as it is located on a quiet residential street with no thru traffic.

While this home does not have a washer/dryer, there is a Laundromat nearby at Cranberry Laundry at 2 Doane Road Harwich Port (508-432-0552) that even has a wash and fold service for your convenience.

Max parking of cars at property: 2 (not large) cars. There is parking at the front of the house. No parking on lawn anytime.

State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
