Our family loves the large outdoor space - the deck, the outdoor shower and lawn games like bocce ball and corn hole (provided for guests to use, too!). There's so much to do and we are perfectly situated to enjoy it all - There is pizza & ice cream right down the hill, the bike trail is there, our daughter often grabs a kayak or paddle board and carries it down to Pleasant Lake. The water is closer than you think! We are equal distance to Oceanside and Bayside beaches - the best of all worlds!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
This spacious home is located on 1.5 acres close to Long Pond Beach and Hinckley's Pond, elevated and very private with peeks of Hinckley Pond. A convenient location too as it is close to bike trail and Brewster beaches and restaurants! Your group will be delighted to spend your summer days in this coastal home with great outdoor space.

There are hardwood floors on 2 levels, a huge bonus room for sleeping guests, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar to prepare your favorite libations.

Enter the home through the great room where you will find cozy seating with a flat screen TV and game table for cards or puzzles. There is a half bath which is convenient as there is a sleep sofa (with memory foam mattress) for extra guests. Step up to the wet bar and bright, sunny kitchen that also offers a breakfast nook that seats 4. At the far end of the home you will find another living room with a flat screen TV over the fireplace and dining area that seats 8-10.

Just beyond the open living area is the master suite with a King bed and en suite bath with tub and shower.

Head up the stairs to find a full bath with shower and 2 large rooms on either side offering a Queen and 2 twin beds in each room - sleeping for 8 is very comfortable in this home! Each bedroom has a dedicated desk/office area in case kids need to continue remote learning or Mom & Dad have a Zoom call for work!

There is a large yard for your enjoyment including a deck with outdoor seating, a gas grill and lawn games for the family to enjoy. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available to you - a great Cape Cod tradition when returning from the beach. Bring your bikes (or let us help you rent them) as you are just a couple minutes from The Rail Trail.

Make sure to visit Long Pond (Largest freshwater lake on Cape Cod!). There is a public area for beach access on the Brewster side just a half mile from the house - and another beach on Long Pond Road less than .8 mile for swimming, as well as a boat ramp- Kayak, Canoe or bring your boat for a fun day on the water! Take a backpack with your beach towel and sunscreen - grab a snack at the general store - and you're on your way to having some fun in the sun!
